Dan Broyles

Dan Broyles – Flight Paramedic
Joined the Team: 2012
Dan has served in emergency medicine since 1991 with diverse experience in both public and private sectors. As a firefighter/paramedic spanning 17 years and four different agencies throughout the state, Dan participated in advanced pre-hospital care, chemical weapons disposal, occupational health programs, vehicle extrication, airport paramedic firefighting, apparatus engineer and outdoor emergency care. He also attended the National Fire Academy, completing multiple leadership classes relating to emergency medical services. Holding an associate degree in fire science technology, he’s also maintained credentials with the National Registry of EMTs as a paramedic during his entire career. Married, with two teenage daughters, Dan also finds time to fly fish, compete in triathlons and cycle.

Ben Bruegeman

Ben Bruegeman – Flight Paramedic

Born in Douglas, Wyoming, and moved to Salem in 1992, Ben learned early on that emergency medicine was in his blood. A member of the Technical Rescue Team, he also graduated in 2003 with an EMT-Basic and Associates of Fire Science, as well as completing paramedic school and an internship with Salem Fire. He loves using the critical thinking skills he’s gained through years of experience to help those in need of time-sensitive medical care and is thrilled to be working with the experienced crew members of AirLink CCT. He and his wife, Tonya, enjoy all things outdoors in Central Oregon: fishing, camping, hiking, backpacking and more.

Daniel Drayton

Daniel Drayton – Flight Paramedic
Joined the Team: 2012
As soon as Daniel became old enough to join the volunteer fire department in his home town, he fell in love with emergency services. He completed the Fire Science and Paramedic program at Chemeketa Community College and received his paramedic certification in 2004. He appreciates the deep training and commitment of each AirLink crew member and is dedicated to being involved in the care of critically ill patients. Daniel loves living in Central Oregon and takes advantage of all the mountain biking, hiking and fishing the area has to offer.

Troy Stevens

Brian McLarty – Flight Paramedic
Joined the Team: 2012
After graduating from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center EMS Program in 2000, Brian began his career as a paramedic in Lampasas and Lubbock, TX. He eventually joined AeroCare in Lubbock as a flight paramedic and has been loving his work ever since. He says his favorite part of the job is learning and that there’s an endless stream of knowledge with the AirLink crew. He’s proud to be part of a long air ambulance legacy in Central Oregon and is thrilled with the company’s support and backing. Now living in Redmond, Brian enjoys doing anything creative or outdoorsy in his spare time.

Andrew White

Andrew White – Flight Paramedic
Joined the Team: 2012
Andrew loves the challenge of working in a high-stress environment towards the best possible medical outcomes, and is honored to be part of a team that, he says, comprises the most caring, talented medical providers he’s ever met. As a firefighter/paramedic since 2001, Andrew graduated with honors from Central Oregon Community Colleges with degrees in Structure Fire Science and Emergency Medical Services, and interned and works at Redmond Fire and Rescue. He also serves as part of the Wellness Committee and is an AIC captain. He and his wife, Laura, share a love of the outdoors and enjoy all the recreational opportunities in Central Oregon.
